The oil is very helpful 3 drops x2 per day and a gummy daily .i no longer take medication unless i have a bad day which has lessened over time...so thanks it has been a game changer for me..

I think the 5000 mg cbd oil is doing something .the gummies is a bedtime top up. Im doing this as all medications ive been prescibed for chronic pain are opiate based or bad for people with heart condition ..

For me I needed a few days of taking it before the effects for sleep started to be apparent (a little like a supplement) but after 5 days it really kicked in and am sleeping well now! I even slept through the New Years Eve fireworks!! I have been taking 1 10mg gummy and a few drops of 1500mg oil during the day and then a few drops (literally just a few drops) of the 5000mg oil about an hour before bed. I have started trying to cut out any daytime use as my brain doesn’t feel as sharp as usual but I think I will stick with the nighttime dosage as I am a long term insomniac and this definitely helps without making me feel awful the next day! Great product but fingers crossed the price goes down at some point!
