Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
Send us an email via replying to your order confirmation email, we cancel and refund if your order is not yet in “processing”. The cancellation will incur a restocking fee of $50 plus postage.
Refund/Return policy:
We do not consider a change of mind as a reasonable request for a refund.
We do not issue refunds on items that have been opened and used.
However, under special circumstances, at our discretion we may offer a replacement or store credit. If there are any costs incurred with replacing an item, this will be charged at the customer’s expense.
On orders that are approved for a refund, replacement or store credit, the customer is required to return the product, unopened, unused and will be required to pay for the return shipping.
If you wish to request a refund you must do so within 30 days of purchase. In order to process a refund/return application we will ask for further information before a return application can be approved.
Only approved returns will be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All cancellations and returns will incur a $50 restocking fee.
We do not issue refunds until the approved return products have been received by us.
